Finished June 15th. This book was a quick-read. Very adorable and had great voice. The author put a sense of sarcasm in the young girl that caught me laughing every once in awhile. Very cute story, but seemed to have read it before…Here are a few favorite lines for you:

"…every time I see her I think of a woman who got colored wrong in the coloring book."

“‘I had-a love.’
'You know how it was? It was like-a trees. Oak and elm.'
…’The roots, they bound-a together, but the trees, they are free. You know what it’s-a mean?’”

"If you think you don’t care so much for someone anymore, just see them."

Definitely worth the quick-read! Pick it up! Namaste.
